Swigart Herefords is a purebred, Hereford cattle operation that has been in existence since 1938. We are located five miles North of Farmer City, Illinois. The cattle and farming operation is currently in its fifth generation ran by Karl and Peggy Swigart. The cattle are owned in partnership with Adam Swigart, their son. He is the Agriculture Instructor and FFA Advisor at the local high school in Farmer City.

The cattle operation consists of seventy registered Hereford cows. Swigart Herefords have been actively involved in the show ring at the local, state, and national levels. Contact us for your seed stock or club calf needs. Remember to make Swigart Herefords “Your Source for Hereford Champions!”
